03/31/08 - Attention Yahoo Email Users

Yahoo email accounts, for the past several weeks, have not been delivering emails from Printworkers.com. Yahoo is blocking our emails from being sent to your account. We are working with Yahoo to amend this situation, however, the resolution is still pending. To expedite the process, please visit http://help.yahoo.com/ and type in your request to receive emails from Printworkers.com. Also, please make sure to add info@printworkers.com to your address book. In your Yahoo account you need to go to Options, then to POP Access & Forwarding and change it from, "I don't want to receive any messages that SpamGuard thinks are spam" to: “I want to receive all messages, including those that SpamGuard thinks are spam". Once you have done that, your messages should show up, but be filed as spam. However you can then tell the Yahoo system that they aren't spam. We recommend that use an alternate email address other than a yahoo email address, until this issue can be resolved. You could try setting up a hotmail, gmail, or excite email account.
